EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
- Instructions on garment labels should be followed for claims.
- If any item purchased at full price and that goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
- Claims on previous season’s stock will not be entertained.
- Any claim pertaining to the same season will be processed within 15 working days after quality inspection.
- Exchanged Items for online will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded for online purchases if:
The item was damaged when received by the customer
The wrong item was delivered
In all other cases you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
- Item ordered online can be exchanged at any labasa Clothing retail store.
- Online orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Email us at email@example.com to request this. Do mention your order ID.
